2 Year Guarantee
All our solid slate signs carry a 2 year guarantee against defects valid from the date of dispatch. If during the guarantee period you see any deterioration (exept for accidental or deliberate damage) we will replace or refurbish the sign free of charge - All you need to pay is any p&p. Because the signs are made to order, we will accept returns only if they are delivered damaged or there is an issue with the item not being as described in the order details.
Care of your Slate Signs
Slate is a layered compressed mineral stone formed over millions of years and is pretty hard. It is quite normal for natural swirls and grains to show within the front honed face of the signs. To maintain the signs for decades to come simply rub linseed oil on them annually - we first do this for you before dispatch.
All solid slate house signs made by our company have traditional v-carved lettering and numbers and are offered with white, gold or silver paint inlays. They are NOT night reflective and carry a 2 Year Guarantee
