What is the lead time untill shipping? - Currently about 24 days
We do not carry a stock of signs - ALL of our house signs are carefully made to order for each individual customer. This means that you should expect an average lead time of somewhere between 14 days to 30 days - depending on the type of house sign - from the day we receive your order and shipping of the finished sign. Lead times can vary depending on the time of year - for instance during holiday periods and during the lead up to Christmas out shipping times can stretch up to 6 weeks on some custom painted plaques. You can email us now for a current estimated lead time - if a sign is needed by a certain date, let us know in your order in the 'special requests' so we can advise if we can make the sign on time.
Our signs are wrapped in bubble wrap and then surrounded by cushioning polystyrene packaging beads encased in a strong cardboard box to ensure they don’t get damaged during transit. - We have not had any damaged signs in transit yet, but if this ever occured, we will gladly replace the sign for an identical one without any quibbles.
Shipping within mainland UK, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland
Shipping within the UK is by Royal Mail recorderd delivery. The package usually takes 1-2 working days and requires a signature. Custom painted plaques are sent by Special Delivery for insurance purposes. Prices for shipping are calculated by weight of each item and are shown on the individual items description page. Each item is charged for shipping - for instance if you ordered 2 identical house signs, you will be charged 2 lots of shipping

EU Countries - Shipping is by Royal Mail international recorded delivery and takes around 3-5 working days depending on the destination Country. The package will need to be signed for.
North America & Canada - Shipping is by Royal Mail recorded small packet air mail and takes around 6-7 working days to arrive at destinations. The package will need to be signed for.
Other Countries - Shipping is by Royal Mail recorded small packet air mail and takes from 6 - 14 days to arrive at destinayion countries. The package will need to be signed for.
